1-Year Warranty

Our Promise to You

Every Friday Sky piece is crafted with care and designed to last. We pride ourselves in delivering the highest quality products for our customers. If you purchased an item from us that doesn't meet your expectations, contact us. We offer a one-year warranty from the date of delivery that covers any manufacturing defects, including loose stones, faulty clasps, or structural issues. No extra cost of course, we are delighted to make things right.

A Note on Sterling Silver
Sterling silver naturally develops a gentle patina over time - a hallmark of its beauty, not a flaw. A quick polish with a soft cloth will restore its original glow.

Caring for Your Jewelry
Our warranty doesn’t cover damage from everyday wear, harsh chemicals, third-party repairs, or lost/stolen pieces. But worry not - for gentle wear and tear or repairs beyond warranty, we’ll happily assist you with low-cost restoration, so your jewelry always feels new.

Free Returns and Store Credit 

We offer free returns for store credit on undamaged and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery. Store credit will be sent to your email after we process your return - it never expires, and you can use it at your convenience.

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a flat return shipping fee listed below will be deducted. Please ensure the item is securely packaged. Once scanned by the carrier, the return is fully insured under our pre-paid label. When we receive your return, please allow 5 - 10 business days for inspection. Friday Sky Jewelry reserves the right to deny returns of damaged or counterfeit items. 

Please note: Custom orders, engravings, or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged - unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error.
